We are a Northwest Oregon, Southwest Washington association of home inspectors, organized for the benefit of providing our members a forum for continuing education, as well as interaction with other Inspectors and industry personnel. As members, we are each committed to increasing our knowledge and resources in order to provide our clients with the most professional certified home inspections available.

Property Buyers, Sellers, and Homeowners

NWOCHI members are dedicated individuals, willing to invest in their knowledge and businesses to provide the most qualified property inspection services to individuals or groups, often when purchasing real estate. Our members have a variety of inspection services to offer, not only for single and multi-unit homes, but also multi-family apartments and commercial buildings as well. Many of our Inspectors are also licensed and experienced in Wood Destroying Organisms Inspections, often called Pest and Dry Rot. Thursday April 26th, 2007 RMLS Trade Show

Come visit NWOCHI at the 2007 RMLS trade show. The event will be held at the Oregon Convention Center Exhibit Hall E from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  NWOCHI will have a booth set up attended by its members who can answer any questions about our Association. Web will have applications for anyone wishing to join and will be giving away some great door prizes. This event draws in a large number of Realtors, Brokers, Lenders and other related vendors so it is a great event to gain some exposure for yourself and do some networking.
